Dr. Sammi Kim

Dr. Sammi Kim grew up in Northern Virginia. She graduated from University of Virginia and only left the state to go to dental school at Temple University in Philadephia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Rashmi Ganesh (Periodontist)

Dr. Rashmi Ganesh specializes in Periodontics, which is a specialty of dentistry that treats diseases and conditions affecting the supporting structures of teeth (e.g., gums, bone, ligaments).

Dental Hygienist: Melissa

Melissa has been in the dental field for over eleven years. Melissa really enjoys seeing her patients improve in their gum health, and loves working with each of her patients to achieve their dental goals. Melissa is bilingual (Englsh and Spanish) and puts a great deal of effort into sharing information about keeping a health mouth for life. Melissa is a very positive and nurturing hygienist and strives to make every appointment comfortable and productive.

Melissa enjoys music and learning different styles of dance, as well as spending time with her family doing various activities such as hiking, being outdoors, relaxing at the beach and more.

Treatment Coordinator: Christina

Christina is our Treatment Coordinator. She has been with the office since 2007, and was the lead dental assistant for 8 years before transitioning to the front desk team. Christina's excellent communication skills combined with her tremendous knowledge and love for dentistry is a huge benefit for our patients.

Christina really enjoys going the extra mile for each of our patients, from further education about various treatments and other options, to financing and payment options, Christina is happy to help each patient achieve their dental goal.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her family in Haymarket, VA where she resides.

Treatment Coordinator: Sydney

Sydney entered the dental field when she was just 19 years old and immediately fell in love with the field. She loves working with patients, both facilitating as well as easing their visit to make each one as smooth and relaxing as possible. Sydney is a wonderful commuicator and always has a great smile and demeanor.

At home, Sydney loves spending time with her family, especially her daughter, as well as going on long nature walks, reading, travelling and of course trying foods of all kinds.

Treatment Coordinator: Bree

Bree has been in the dental field for many years now, first as a dental assistant and then for many years as a dental hygienist. Bree will now be changing her role in the office, going from a clinician to the front office, where she will be helping patients in a new role. As part of the front office team, Bree will be helping patients to setup their appointments, understand their treartment plans, as well as figuring out both insurance and other financing options. Bree's central focus has always been, and will remain, helping patients to achieve optimum dental health.

Bree has many interests outside the office including various artistic and craft related projects. Bree is very much into exploring and constantly improving herself and helping those around her.

Dental Assistant: Trisha

Trisha is a Dental Assistant and is keenly interested in patient care and in sharing information and knowledge with guests of our office. Trisha became interested in the field of dentistry from a very young age, when she frequently visited her orthodontist uncle's practice in California. Trisha works very hard to provide each patient with excellent dental care at our office, and her gentle touch combined with her deep knowledge and expertise in the field is appreciated by all of our patients and co-workers.

Dental Assistant: Vicki

Vicki is a dedicated yet warm and friendly team member at our office. Vicki plans on attending dental school in the future, and is enjoying working with patients of our office in a clinical capacity.

Vicki also enjoys spending time with her two dogs, as well as her close-knit family. She is also fond of "adventuring" with her friends in the local area and beyond.

Dental Assistant: Amy

Amy was born and raised in Mongolia, to a family of five children. In Mongolia, Amy studied and received her nursing degree, before emigrating to the U.S., where she has lived for nearly 20 years. Amy describes herself as "sometimes not so Mongolian" due to her outgoing and sometimes "loud" personality.

Amy is an advanced Pickleball player, and she can be seen at local courts and at tournaments, where she does quite well. Amy also loves scuba diving and really like diving in the clear waters of the Caribbean Ocean.

Hygiene Assistant: Uree

Uree has been an amazing part of our team for some time now. Uree is a bright, friendly and compassionate person, who has a gentle yet expert touch when assisting with each appointment. Uree's goal is to enter dental hygiene school where she can train to be a clinician. One day, Uree hopes to devote much of her time in medical missions abroad. Uree's favorite part about being a part of our dental team is seeing the improvements that patients make, visit by visit.

When not at work, Uree enjoys being part of her church choir, playing board games with her friends, being out in nature, and exploring new restaurants in the area.

Clinical Assistant: Dianne

Dianne is a wonderful part of our team. She brings a vibrant and generous energy for our patients and team alike. Dianne assists the clinical team in a myriad ways. Dianne is currently pursuing her advanced degree and is steadily working towards her goal of becoming a teacher (or professor) one day.

Accounts Manager: Becky

Becky has been a dental professional for almost two decades, and has really enjoyed all of it. Becky is very helpful to our patients in all areas of our professional business office. From understanding treatment plans and options, to flexible scheduling, to financing options and insurance benefit management, Becky is both a joy to work with as well as a very helpful resource for our patients.

Becky has a large number of interests, including practicing yoga and enjoying various summer activities.

Accounts Coordinator: Lynda

Lynda is one of our Front Office Coordinators. Lynda moved to the D.C. area from New Jersey a few years ago, though she grew up in Baltimore for most of her life. Lynda enjoys the interaction with patients as well as her fellow team members at our office.

She enjoys spending lots of time with her family, as well as running (her first Ragnar race coming soon), outdoor activities, exercise and other active hobbies. She enjoys being a "foodie" and enjoys new experiences and foods. She also loves living the life of a "beach bum" whenever possible.
